good hotel great location next to soi buakao near night life and plenty of resaurants close by no problems with the hotel of any kind during my stay will book again later the rooms where cleaned everyday

The staff don't know how to behave the residents.

The staff don't know how to behave the residents. They are aragent and non cooperative. One of the pillow cover become dirty so they taken me 200 THB. It is not acceptable. I request you to please return the money which I paid for the pillow cover Otherwise I will not do any further booking through you.

Staff were pleasant.

Booking.com didn’t advise that I had to put in a refundable deposit at the time of checkin despite the fact that the hotel had already blocked my money at the time when I did the online booking. I was told the first deposit will be refunded after a month. The second deposit was refunded to me at the time of checking out. Too noisy in the corridors at night. Didn’t have peaceful sleep although staff did their best to move me into other room. Breakfast options were too limited for me and my kids. We just had fruits as most of the food had pork / ham not suitable / appealing to us. The building shown at the booking.com website is different from where we were put in - that was not what I had expected and it had caused some unpleasancy to me. The fellow guests were mostly Chinese and Indians.

We booked a deluxe room for approximately 1600 baht per night on booking.com but we got the same room as our friends who booked the room at the hotel for 1200baht including breakfast

Leaking windows during storm(not repaired); desk staff not friendly; making up room too late in the day; cigarette butts littering lift entrance; laundry late return and not delivered to room.

Poor I would like to say more but I’m sure it will be restricted

Location was good and quiet

Overpriced , WiFi is very poor, shower nearly non existent I had to take of shower rose to get a shower, lady for cleaning was too lazy to clean the room for 2 days only replaced the towels. I won’t be back

The room is nice and clean

In the morning the water in the bathroom didn't come out,I keep calling the operator but they didn't do anything for about 1 hour.. I am so upset because I have to check out as soon as possible because I have another plan.. 1 hour later the technician came but they said we have to wait 20 minutes again.. My time were wasted because of this

Good hotel, but, but, but

The staff at the reception is really extraordinary friendly and helpful. Always have a smile on their face. I got a free upgrade to a deluxe room after complaining about construction noise Location is very good, near to bars and restaurants

I had a superior room in the old building, which looks and feels a bit run down. My room was facing a construction site making noise in the morning. The next day a moved to another room with view on the pool. The bathrooms in this building have no separate shower but only a tub. The shower curtain covered with dark fungus stains. Generally the rooms are badly soundproofed. You can hear everything from neighbouring rooms: Phone ringing, TV, moving chairs, etc. Breakfast is moderate and more designed to suit asian tourists

Much better a few years ago,run down now.

Rooms are big and very clean. Shower nice with a lot of water. Location excellent.

Was in the hotel 3 years ago. Was much better then. The Russians run the hotel down. Pool was built for 1 building. They tripled the occupancy with two more buildings and the pool is now way to small. Always crowded. No chairs. Internet is very bad. Breakfast room way to small for the amount of people. There is always a battle on the buffet for food. Beds are hard like a rock. Very uncomfortable. TV channel selection and quality are bad.
